How to get new enquiries and reminders on Telegram

Connect Telegram to your Estate CRM profile and get new enquiries, activity reminders and expiring listing agreements on your phone as they happen.

Estate agents are rarely at their desk. Connect Telegram and the alerts Estate CRM sends you by e-mail also arrive as Telegram messages on your phone, so you can answer a new enquiry from a viewing in Paphos or a meeting in Nicosia within minutes.

Each person connects their own Telegram, for their own alerts. It takes a minute and works on every plan.

What will I receive?

  • New enquiries assigned to you, from your website, share pages or portal e-mails, with a link to open them in the CRM.
  • Reminders for your viewings, calls, meetings and tasks, at the reminder time you set on the activity.
  • A warning when a listing agreement with an owner is about to expire or has ended, so you can talk to the owner about renewing it.
  • A notice if your Google Calendar sync stops and needs reconnecting.

You keep getting the same alerts by e-mail as well. Messages come in the language you use in Estate CRM.

How do I connect Telegram?

You need the Telegram app on your phone or computer.

  1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose My profile.
  2. In the Telegram card, click Connect Telegram. Telegram opens a chat with the Estate CRM bot.
  3. In Telegram, press Start. The link works for 15 minutes. If Telegram didn’t open, click Open Telegram.
  4. Back in Estate CRM, the card shows Connected.

If you don’t see a Telegram card on your profile, Telegram alerts are not switched on for Estate CRM yet.

How do I stop Telegram alerts?

Open My profile and click Disconnect in the Telegram card. If you block the bot in Telegram, the alerts stop too and the connection is removed. You can connect again at any time.
