Pricing & plans
How much does Estate CRM cost?
You pay per user per month. Starter is €30 per user a month billed yearly (€35 billed monthly). Professional is €46 billed yearly (€65 monthly), from 2 users. Prices are in euro, excluding VAT.
What is the difference between Starter and Professional?
Starter covers up to 300 listings with 30 photos each. Professional adds unlimited listings, 60 photos per listing, portal XML feeds, the website API and WordPress plugin, and new-build projects with blocks, units and price lists.
Who counts as a user?
Everyone in your agency who signs in to Estate CRM: owners, managers, agents and assistants. Clients, owners of properties and developers you keep as contacts are never users and cost nothing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new agency gets a 14-day trial of Professional, with no card needed.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for. After that you can still export all your data for 30 days.
Do you have plans for larger agencies or networks?
Yes. For more than 10 users or several offices we agree Enterprise terms. Tell us about your agency and we will put a proposal together.
Are updates included?
Yes. Estate CRM runs online, so every improvement reaches your agency automatically at no extra cost.
Data, security & GDPR
Where is our data stored?
In the European Union. Connections are encrypted, and every agency’s data is kept apart in the database itself, not only in the app.
Is Estate CRM GDPR-compliant?
It is built for it: data stays in the EU, you record each client’s consent date and marketing permission, newsletters go only to contacts who agreed and carry a one-click unsubscribe, and you can export or delete your data. We act as your data processor under a Data Processing Agreement.
Who in our office can see what?
Roles decide it: owner, manager, agent and assistant. Agents can be limited to their own clients, and changes to listings, contacts and requirements are recorded with the old and new values.
Can we protect sign-in with a code?
Yes. Anyone can turn on two-step sign-in with an authenticator app, and an owner can make it required for the whole agency.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your data stays yours. After your access ends you can still export everything for 30 days — every table as a spreadsheet plus links to your photos and files. We warn the owner by e-mail before the end, and then the data is deleted for good.
Getting started
Can we move our listings and contacts from another CRM or from Excel?
Yes. Export them from your current system as CSV or Excel and import them into Estate CRM. Greek or English column headers are recognised, you check the mapping and a dry run before anything is saved, and photo links in the file are downloaded for you. Imports never e-mail your clients.
How do we set up our agency?
Add your agency details and logo, invite your team and choose their roles, then import or add your listings. The Getting started guides take you through each step.
Do you offer a demo or training?
Yes. Book a demo and we will show you Estate CRM with examples from agencies like yours, in English or Greek.
Can we use it on a phone or tablet?
Yes. Estate CRM works in the browser on computers, tablets and phones, with nothing to install. Clients sign viewing forms on the agent’s phone, and calls and WhatsApp open with one tap.
Estate CRM in Cyprus & Greece
Is the whole app in Greek?
Yes. Every screen, e-mail, notification and PDF exists in Greek and English, and each person chooses their own language. Listing titles and descriptions can be kept in English, Greek and Russian.
Does it have the fields Cyprus agencies need?
Yes: title deed status, energy class, VAT (+ VAT, included or none), communal fees and construction status such as resale, off plan, under construction or key ready. Areas of Cyprus are searchable in Greek and English, so “Λεμεσός” and “Limassol” find the same listings.
Do you publish to Bazaraki, Spitogatos and XE.gr?
Not yet. These portals give their feed formats to partner agencies only, and we add each one as soon as we have its specification. Today you can publish through a Kyero XML feed, an Estate CRM XML feed and the website API, and portal enquiries sent by e-mail become leads automatically.
Can we sell new-build developments with it?
Yes, on Professional. Add a project with its blocks and units, import the developer’s unit list from Excel, and share a branded price list and a public availability page that update themselves.
Can we connect our own website?
Yes, on Professional. Your website can show your listings and new-build projects through the website API, and on WordPress our plugin does it with shortcodes. Enquiries go straight into the CRM.
Can we send SMS to clients?
Yes, through your agency’s own smscy.com account, with your credits and your sender name. Every message is logged on the client’s timeline.
