How to show your listings on WordPress

Install the Estate CRM WordPress plugin to show live listings, search, a mortgage calculator and new-build projects on your agency website.

If your agency website runs on WordPress, the Estate CRM plugin puts your live listings on it without a web developer: a searchable listings page, a detail page for every listing, a mortgage calculator and your new-build projects. Enquiries from the site land in the CRM as leads.

The plugin uses the website API, so it needs the Professional or Enterprise plan, and the agency owner creates its key.

Where do I get the plugin?

Download the plugin in Estate CRM: open Website & portals and press Download the plugin (.zip) in the WordPress plugin card. Keep the file as it is — don’t unzip it.

How do I install and connect it?

1. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the .zip file and activate it. A “Listings” page is created if you don’t have one.
2. In Estate CRM, under Admin → Website & portals, switch on Your website, then create a key under Website API keys and copy it.
3. In WordPress, go to Settings → Estate CRM, paste the key into API key and save.
4. Click Test connection to check that WordPress can reach your CRM.
5. In each listing, under Publish to, tick Your website.

The key stays on your WordPress server and is never shown to visitors.

Which shortcodes can I use?

• [estatecrm_listings] shows the searchable listings. You can preset it, for example [estatecrm_listings listing_type="rent" area="limassol" filters="no"] for a page of rentals in Limassol.
• [estatecrm_listing ref="DE-1040"] shows one listing in full on any page.
• [estatecrm_search] is a compact search form for your home page or sidebar.
• [estatecrm_mortgage price="350000"] is a mortgage calculator.
• [estatecrm_projects] shows cards for your published new-build projects.
• [estatecrm_project ref="PRJ-12"] shows a project’s live availability table.

In the block editor you’ll also find the Estate CRM listings and Estate CRM property search blocks.

What can I change in the settings?

Under Settings → Estate CRM you set the Listings page slug, the Listing language (it can follow the page language, including WPML or Polylang), Listings per page, grid or list Layout, the Accent colour, whether to show the Map and the Mortgage calculator, the Consent text of the enquiry form and a Privacy policy link.

Listings are kept for 5 minutes by default (Cache (minutes)). To see a change at once, click Clear cached listings.

A listing doesn’t appear. Why?

Check that it is available or reserved and that Your website is ticked on it. If detail pages show “page not found”, go to Settings → Permalinks in WordPress and click Save.
