How to publish your listings to XE.gr

Add EstateCRM as an application in your xe.gr account, fill in the XE.gr card and tick listings. They go up with your own xe.gr credits.

Estate CRM sends your listings straight to your agency’s xe.gr company account. They are published with your own xe.gr credits (Basic, Gold or Gold 365), and every change you make in Estate CRM follows within a minute.

Publishing to XE.gr is part of the Professional and Enterprise plans. Owners and managers set it up.

How do I connect my xe.gr account?

  1. Sign in to xe.gr with your company account.
  2. Open Account settings → Applications → Add application and choose EstateCRM.
  3. XE.gr tells us your account and we link it to your agency, usually within a working day.

How do I set it up in Estate CRM?

  1. In the sidebar, under Admin, open Website & portals.
  2. Turn on XE.gr and fill in its card:
    • the realtor profile ID (on xe.gr, under Account → Integration details)
    • a contact e-mail or phone that is already verified on xe.gr
    • the Publication type and whether it renews automatically
  3. Check credits shows what your xe.gr account has left.

If your xe.gr account has more than one profile, for example one per branch, add the others under Other profiles with a name. Each listing can then show one of them, chosen in its XE.gr box.

How do I choose which listings go to XE.gr?

Tick XE.gr in the listing’s publishing options, or tick many listings at once from the list. Available and reserved listings go up within a minute of saving, with up to 30 photos. Sold, rented and withdrawn listings are unpublished by themselves. A listing for sale and for rent becomes two ads.

What does XE.gr need from a listing?

The listing must be on the map. Homes also need the area, floor and bedrooms, and land needs the plot area in m². Anything missing shows on the XE.gr card and on the listing, so you can fix it before it goes out.

A listing whose location is set to an area within 250 m, 500 m or 1 km shows on xe.gr in a rough area only, the same as listings entered on xe.gr by hand.

Where do I see what happened?

Each listing has an XE.gr box with its ads, how long they stay live, anything XE.gr refused and Send again. XE.gr details add what XE.gr can show beyond the listing’s own fields: heating, frames, floor types, land details such as the town plan or frontage, an auction with its date and opening bid, and the publication type of that one listing.
