How to publish your listings to Bazaraki

Connect your Bazaraki Business account once with your agency's feed link, then choose which listings appear on Bazaraki. Changes follow every hour.

Estate CRM sends your listings to Bazaraki through a feed: a private web address that always holds the listings you chose. Bazaraki reads it every hour, so new listings, price changes, new photos and sold listings follow without anyone typing them into Bazaraki.

The Bazaraki feed is part of the Professional and Enterprise plans. Owners and managers set it up.

What do I need from Bazaraki?

A Bazaraki Business account for your agency. Each agency uses its own account and its own feed, as Bazaraki requires. The XML setting must be switched on in that account. If you don’t see it under Profile → Settings, ask your Bazaraki account manager to enable it.

How do I connect it?

1. In the sidebar, under Admin, open Website & portals.
2. Turn on Bazaraki and copy the feed link with the copy button.
3. In Bazaraki, open Profile → Settings, paste the link in the XML field and save.
4. Choose the listings (see below). Bazaraki reads the feed within the hour, and its moderators check new ads before they go live.

The card on Website & portals shows when Bazaraki last read the feed, so you can see it is connected.

How do I choose which listings go to Bazaraki?

• One listing: open it and tick Bazaraki under Publish to.
• Many at once: tick them in the Properties list and choose Publish to… → Bazaraki.
• Everything on the market: press Publish all available listings on the Bazaraki card.

Available and reserved listings appear as live ads.

What happens when a listing is sold?

When a listing is marked sold, rented or withdrawn, it stays in the feed as archived for 90 days, so Bazaraki moves the ad to your archive instead of deleting it. If you untick Bazaraki on a listing, the ad is removed from Bazaraki.

What goes into each ad?

• Category: apartments, houses, commercial property, residential buildings or plots, for sale or to rent, chosen from the property type.
• Location: your listing’s area, matched to Bazaraki’s list of places. When Bazaraki splits an area into several places (Strovolos or Limassol town, for example), the one nearest your map pin is used.
• Details: price, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, energy class, condition (new, resale or under construction), year built, furnishing, parking, pool, air conditioning and postcode.
• Title and description in English, or in Greek when there is no English text. Titles are kept to 70 characters without the price, as Bazaraki asks. “+ VAT” prices get a note at the end of the description.
• Up to 16 photos, in your order, and a YouTube video if the listing has one.

Internal notes, the owner and the commission never go to Bazaraki. A listing for sale and rent becomes two ads, one for each price.

Why is a listing missing from Bazaraki?

Bazaraki requires some details. When a ticked listing can’t go out, the Bazaraki card says “… listings can’t go to Bazaraki yet”. Open it to see each listing and what to fix, for example:

• Add the covered area (m²) or the plot area for land
• Add the number of bedrooms
• Add a price, since Bazaraki doesn’t take “price on request”
• Only monthly rents go to Bazaraki, so nightly and weekly rentals stay out
• Kyrenia has no places on Bazaraki

Fix the listing and it goes out with Bazaraki’s next hourly read. Energy class and condition are never blockers: a listing without them is sent as “N/A” and “Resale”.

What if the link gets into the wrong hands?

Click Reset feed URL on the card. The old link stops working at once, so paste the new one into Bazaraki.
