Bazaraki feed
Your listings on Bazaraki, without typing them twice
Estate CRM keeps a private feed of the listings you choose. Bazaraki reads it every hour, so new listings, price changes, new photos and sales follow by themselves.
From €30 per user a month, billed yearly, excluding VAT.
How the Bazaraki feed works
Each agency uses its own Bazaraki Business account and its own feed link, as Bazaraki requires. Turn on Bazaraki under Website & portals, copy the link, paste it in the XML field of your Bazaraki profile settings and choose your listings. Bazaraki’s moderators check new ads before they go live.
Tick Bazaraki on one listing, on many at once from the list, or publish every available listing in one go. The Bazaraki card shows when Bazaraki last read your feed, so you can see it is connected.
What goes into each ad
- The right Bazaraki category from the property type, for sale or to rent
- Your listing’s area matched to Bazaraki’s places, using your map pin where Bazaraki splits an area
- Price, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, energy class, condition, furnishing, parking, pool and more
- A title of up to 70 characters without the price, as Bazaraki asks, and a note on “+ VAT” prices
- Up to 16 photos in your order, and a YouTube video if the listing has one
- Never your internal notes, the owner or the commission
Sold listings archived, not deleted
When a listing is sold, rented or withdrawn, it stays in the feed as archived for 90 days, so Bazaraki moves the ad to your archive instead of deleting it. Untick Bazaraki on a listing and the ad is removed.
Nothing goes out half-finished
When a ticked listing can’t go to Bazaraki yet, the card lists it with what to add, such as the covered area, the bedrooms or a price. Fix it and it goes out with the next hourly read.

Questions
Which plan includes the Bazaraki feed?
The Bazaraki feed is part of Professional and Enterprise. Owners and managers set it up.
Do Bazaraki enquiries come into the CRM?
Yes. Forward the enquiry e-mails from your Bazaraki ads to your agency’s address in Estate CRM and each one becomes a lead with a reply task.
What if our feed link gets into the wrong hands?
Reset the feed URL on the Bazaraki card. The old link stops working at once, and you paste the new one into Bazaraki.
