How to set up your real estate agency in Estate CRM
Set up your estate agency in Estate CRM with its details, logo, brand colour, listing languages and reference prefix, ready for your first listing.
This guide takes you from a new workspace to an agency that is ready to work. Once your name, logo and contact details are in, every brochure, share page and client e-mail carries them.
How do I get my workspace?
There are two ways:
- We set it up for you. After a demo we create your agency and e-mail the owner an invitation. Open the link, choose your password and you are in.
- Sign up yourself, where self sign-up is open: on the sign-in page choose Start a free trial, fill in Your name, Agency name, Country (Cyprus or Greece), Work email and a password, accept the terms and press Create my workspace. Then open the link we e-mail you to confirm your address.
Either way the trial lasts 14 days with every Professional feature, and you don’t need a card.
Where do I enter my agency’s details?
Open Agency settings in the Admin section of the sidebar. Only users with the Owner role see this page.
Under Profile, fill in:
- Agency name, Email, Phone and Website — the public contact details clients see.
- Listing languages — English, Greek and/or Russian. Listing titles and descriptions can be written in each language you tick. Most agencies in Cyprus pick English and Greek, and add Russian if they sell to Russian-speaking buyers in Limassol or Paphos.
Press Save changes.
How do I add my logo and brand colour?
In the Branding section:
- Press Upload logo. A PNG with a transparent background works best.
- Choose your Brand colour.
- Add your Licence no. and Office address. They are printed on brochures, so your estate agent registration is always visible.
- Set a Listing ref prefix, for example
DE-. It only applies to new listings. - Press Save branding.
Your branding is used on brochures, share pages and e-mails to clients.
What else is on the Agency settings page?
- Photo watermark puts your logo on the listing photos the public sees. See photos, floor plans and watermark.
- Viewing form wording is the text clients confirm when they sign a viewing form. Have your lawyer check it.
- Security lets you require two-step sign-in for everyone. See two-step sign-in.
What should I do next?
- Invite your team and give each person the right role.
- Import your listings and contacts from Excel or your old CRM, or add your first listing by hand.
