Several companies, one login

If you own more than one agency, we link them in a group. One login then moves between your companies, and each company decides what it shares with the others.

Some owners run more than one agency, each with its own name, team and clients. Estate CRM can link them in a group of companies. Each company keeps its own team, listings, contacts, settings and billing, and the people who work in more than one company use a single login to move between them.

How do I set up a group?

Ask us: we link your companies in a group from our side. Then, in Agency settings, each company sees a Group of companies card with the other companies’ names.

How does someone work in two companies?

  1. Sign in to the second company as an owner or manager.
  2. Open Team → Invite people and type the person’s e-mail, the one they already use in the first company.
  3. Tick This person already works in another company of our group and choose their role here.
  4. Press Send invitation. No new account and no invitation e-mail: the company is simply added to their login.

They then see 2 companies under the company name at the top of the side menu. A click opens Switch company, and the app reloads in the chosen company with their role there. Each person takes a seat in every company they belong to.

What can companies share?

Nothing is shared until a company turns it on. In Agency settings → Group of companies, each company decides for itself:

  • Share our listings and projects with the group: the other companies see your listings on the market and your new-build projects, read-only and with public details only (no owner, commission or internal notes). Your shared listings also match their clients, and they send them to their clients under their own name. To arrange a viewing, they call your agent.
  • Share our contacts with the group for newsletters: the other companies can build newsletter segments from your contacts who agreed to marketing. They cannot open, edit or export them, and anyone who unsubscribes is taken off your list.

Where do I find what the others share?

  • Properties → Group listings lists the listings the other companies share, with their company and agent to call.
  • In Projects, choose Whole group to see your projects together with theirs.
  • In Marketing → Segments, choose the company under Contacts of. In the newsletter, Send as chooses whose name, logo and sending address the clients see. Add a listing of the group… puts another company’s shared listing in the newsletter.
