How to add listing photos, floor plans and a watermark
Upload and reorder property photos and floor plans, choose the cover photo, and add your agency logo as a watermark on brochures, share pages and feeds.
Good photos sell properties. This article shows how to upload and order a listing’s photos and floor plans, and how to put your agency’s logo on the photos the public sees.
How do I upload photos?
- Open the listing and press Edit. Photos and floor plans are at the top of the page. A new listing takes you there as soon as you create it.
- In Photos, drop files on the box or click it to choose them, or press Add files.
- Drag photos to reorder them. The first photo is the Cover, used in lists, on share pages and on brochures.
Photos can be JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC (iPhone), up to 20 MB each. On upload, photos are turned the right way up, HEIC and PNG are converted to JPEG, very large images are resized, and location data (GPS) is removed, so the property’s exact position isn’t hidden in the file.
To remove a photo, use its delete button.
How many photos can a listing have?
It depends on your plan: up to 30 photos per listing on Starter and up to 60 on Professional and Enterprise. See plans and billing.
How do I add floor plans?
Floor plans have their own section, Floor plans, under Photos. You can upload images or PDFs, for example the architect’s plans for an off-plan apartment.
How do I add a watermark with my logo?
The watermark puts your logo on the listing photos shown to the public: share pages, brochures, portal feeds and your website. The originals you uploaded stay clean.
Only Owners can change it:
- Open Agency settings in the Admin section of the sidebar.
- Make sure a logo is uploaded under Branding. The watermark needs it.
- In Photo watermark, switch on Add the agency logo to listing photos.
- Choose the Position: Bottom right, Bottom left, Top right, Top left or Centre.
The setting saves straight away. Existing photos are updated in the background, so give it a few minutes before you check a share page.
