How to create a property brochure PDF and share link
Download a branded property brochure PDF in English or Greek, and send clients a share link with photos and an enquiry form that creates a lead.
Two ways to send a property to a client: a PDF brochure you can print or attach to an e-mail, and a share link that opens a web page with photos and an enquiry form. This article covers both.
How do I download a brochure?
- Open the listing and press Brochure.
- Choose a language and layout:
- English — with photo pages or Greek — with photo pages: a full brochure with a gallery.
- English — one page or Greek — one page: a single-page summary, handy for printing at viewings.
The PDF opens in a new tab. It carries your logo, brand colour and agency details from Agency settings, plus the agent’s contact details. If the watermark is on, the photos carry your logo.
How do I share a listing with a client?
The Share button appears on listings that are Available or Reserved.
- Press Share.
- Under For (optional), choose a contact, or leave it as Anyone (general link).
- Choose the page’s Language.
- Press Create link.
- Send it with Copy link, WhatsApp or Email, or check it first with Open page.
Sharing the same listing again with the same contact and language gives you the same link, so its view count carries on.
What does the client see?
A public page with the photos, price, key facts, description and an enquiry form. It never shows internal notes, the owner or your commission. The map shows the exact spot or an approximate area, as set in Show on portals as on the listing. Share pages are kept out of search engines.
If the listing leaves the market later (sold, rented or withdrawn), the page no longer shows its details.
What happens when a client enquires?
The enquiry comes into the CRM as a new lead with a “Reply to enquiry” task for the agent, following your agency’s lead routing.
How do I know if the client opened it?
Under Shared before, each link shows who it was for and how many times it was opened. Point at the count to see when it was last opened. That tells you when to call.
