How plans, users and billing work in Estate CRM

Compare Estate CRM plans, see how per-user pricing works, choose monthly or yearly billing, and manage your card, invoices and subscription.

This article explains how Estate CRM is priced, how to choose a plan when your free trial ends, and where to manage your subscription.

Only the agency owner can see and change billing.

How is Estate CRM priced?

You pay per active user per month, plus VAT. Each plan has a minimum number of users. When you invite or deactivate team members, the number of billed users follows automatically, so you only pay for the people who can sign in.

  • Starter: listings, contacts, matching, calendar, brochures and share pages, with a listing limit.
  • Professional: everything in Starter plus unlimited listings, more photos per listing, Portal XML feeds, the Website API and New-build projects.
  • Enterprise: custom terms, set up by us.

Plans also set a monthly number of AI writing requests. The plan cards on the billing page show the current prices, limits and minimum users.

How do I choose a plan?

  1. In the sidebar, under Admin, open Billing.
  2. Under Choose a plan, pick Monthly or Yearly · save 20%.
  3. Each card shows the price per user / month and the total for your team. Press Choose on the plan you want (for example Choose Professional).
  4. Enter your card and billing details on the secure Stripe payment page. You can add your company’s VAT number there.

If you subscribe during your free trial, your trial days carry over — you are only charged when the trial ends.

If the page says Online payment isn’t switched on yet, contact us and we will set up your subscription for you.

What does the billing page show?

The top card shows your plan and status — trial days left, the renewal date, or that a cancellation takes effect on a date — and three figures: Billed seats (with your number of active users), Listings used against your plan limit, and your Payment method.

How do I change my card, plan or download invoices?

Press Manage billing. It opens Stripe’s billing page, where you can change plan or card, download invoices, or cancel. If a payment fails, a banner asks you to update your card so your workspace keeps running.

What happens when my trial or subscription ends?

The workspace locks and shows Choose a plan, and other users are asked to contact the owner. Your data stays safe for 30 days, then it is deleted for good. See Close your account and Export your data.
