How to share a project price list and live availability

Download a branded price list PDF for a new-build project and share a public availability page that shows buyers which units are still for sale.

Buyers and co-operating agents always ask the same thing about a development: what is still available, and at what price? Estate CRM gives every project a price list PDF and a public availability page, both built from your units, so they are never out of date. This article shows how to get each one.

How do I download the price list PDF?

1. Open the project from Projects.
2. Click Price list at the top and choose Price list (English) or Price list (Greek).

The PDF is a landscape A4 page with your logo and contact details, the cover photo, the project’s key facts, and a table of units per block with type, floor, bedrooms, bathrooms, areas, parking, pool, price (with “+ VAT” or “VAT included” under it when the unit has VAT set) and status. Sold units are marked as sold with no price. Draft and withdrawn units are left out, and internal notes never appear.

How do I publish the availability page?

1. On the project’s Overview tab, find the Website card.
2. Turn on Publish on website.
3. The page’s link appears under the switch. Copy it with the copy button, or click Open to see the page.

Send the link to buyers by e-mail or WhatsApp, or give it to agents you work with. Turning Publish on website off stops the link working.

What does the public page show?

• Your logo and the project photos.
• How much is sold, how many units are available, and the ranges for bedrooms, price, covered and veranda area, plus delivery date and energy class.
• An availability table per block, with each unit marked Available, Reserved or Sold. Sold units show “Sold” instead of a price.
• A Price list (PDF) button, the managing agent’s phone (with a WhatsApp button) and e-mail — or your agency’s, if the agent has none.
• The project description, and a switch between English and Greek.

The page updates the moment you change a unit, so when you mark a unit reserved or sold in the Units tab, everyone with the link sees it. It is meant for sharing and is not listed in search engines.
